Promote company products and services to target customers by telephone & face to face coverage
To build and maintain long-term relationship with customers at all levels for assigned territory
Provide on-going services to customers to enhance their loyalty
Provide after-sales services by follow up and response to customer enquiries and coordinate with related internal parties
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Business Management / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year sales & account management experience or customer service working experience, preferably in ICT industry
More experience will be consider as Account Consultant
Possess excellent communication, telephone manner and interpersonal skill
Good presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
PC literacy (MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint)
