Establish excellent C-level contact to understand customer's business processes and challenges as to create business opportunities
Drive upsell and revenue growth opportunities through increased usage of our services, and supporting upsell of our product offering
Manage and develop customer growth strategy for sales targets achievement, customer retention and market penetration
Work with internal stakeholders to develop and plan winning service strategy, including but not limited to:
Business process outsourcing services and technology
Office automation solutions
Customer communication solutions
Seek continuous improvement opportunities through data process enhancement, documentation and post-implementation review processes
Requirement:
Able to develop winning proposals in a variety of formats and create customised, profitable pricing structures in response to the customer’s requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines;
3-5 years or above sales & account management experience is preferred
Able to work independently with relevant experience in handling enterprise customers with proven sales track records is required
Demonstrate a strong sense of commercial acumen through knowledge of industry best practice for defining customer requirements and delivering solutions taking into account the financial, marketing and operational factors at play
Strong in client management and c-level engagement tactics
Willing to learn new things to following latest IT trends
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
