1. Recruitment Strategy: Work with hiring managers to define hiring needs, locations, and methods. Monitor pipelines and expand recruitment channels.
2. Market Insights: Conduct talent mapping and benchmarking to support hiring and retention strategies.
3. Global Talent Acquisition: Track key metrics, support executive hiring, and integrate talent mapping.
4. Talent Development: Partner with HRBP on reviews, succession planning, career development, leadership training, and retention programs.
5. HR Data Analysis: Integrate and analyze cross-regional HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
6. Culture & Engagement: Promote organizational culture and employee engagement through team-building and cross-regional activities.
7. Global HR Projects: Participate in global HR initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
Team Environment
• Japan AIDD HR team: 5 members
• Singapore: Dedicated HRBP
• China: Recruiting a new HRBP You’ll be a core member of the Japan team, working closely with global HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives. Required Qualifications
• Experience in recruitment strategy and execution (new grads or mid-career)
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management in fast-changing global tech environments
• Business-level Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience in talent development, compensation design, or organizational development
• Work experience in global environments
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law
• Advanced data analysis skills
Language Skills: Strong English and Japanese communication skills. Experience: A proven track record of managing cross-border HR projects
