·         Assist in IT solutioning to drive technical conversations with potential and existing clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the Delivery Team, Business Stakeholders, and Sales Lead, to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

·         Design and deliver high-level architecture and cross-domain solutions, leveraging a range of technologies and employing both agile and structured methodologies.

SA&D Document Preparation and Technical Writing:

·         Lead the preparation of SA&D deliverables for government projects in compliance with HKSAR DPO standards, including:

·         Capturing current and future business processes.

·         Documenting user requirements.

·         Defining high-level system architecture.

·         Proposing cost-effective and risk-mitigated technical solutions.

·         Ensure the completion of high-quality documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including solution designs, SA&D reports, technical proposals, and operational guidelines.

·         Support project implementation by providing technical input, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with DPO guidelines.

Sales and Pre-sales Support:

·         Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to prepare customer solutions, including technical presentations, proof-of-concept designs, and solutioning proposals with unique selling points (USPs).

Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration:

·         Serve as a trusted technical advisor, solving complex technical challenges and building credibility with senior technical professionals within the organization and client teams.

·         Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including client executives, partners, and vendors, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions during implementation.

·         Drive or participate in deep architectural discussions to build trust and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Technology Advocacy:

Stay informed about emerging technologies and actively promote their adoption in client environments and internal processes to foster innovation and enhance technical capabilities.

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

·         Experience:

·         At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture design or technical solutioning.

·         Solid experience in SA&D, particularly in preparing deliverables aligned with DPO standards.

·         Candidates with less experience will also be considered.

·         Technical Skills:

·         Strong expertise in system design, cloud technologies, and contemporary paradigms (e.g., microservices, DevOps, Agile).

·         Hands-on experience with APIs, security frameworks, and enterprise system integrations.

·         Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.

·         Soft Skills:

·         Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong technical writing capabilities to deliver high-quality documentation.

·         Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is a plus.

·         Certifications:

·         TOGAF certification is required.

Additional certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect are advantageous.
