Reporting directly to the CEO in Hong Kong, the Sales Director will be responsible to develop business for scalable IT Consulting Firm focused on Fortune 1000 companies, and ASPs in the China markets.
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the Company's business objectives and growth plans
· Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet individual and team goals
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on market trends
· Regularly report sales performance to senior management, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement
· Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall Company goals
· Enhance the training and development of the sales team, enhancing their professional skills and business knowledge
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
· At least 10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role; experience in the cloud services or technology industry is preferred.
· Solid experience on selling Data Centre, managed Cloud solution and/or telecom solutions shall be an advantages
· Exceptional leadership abilities and team management experience, capable of motivating and guiding the team to achieve goals.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels.
· Strong data analysis capabilities, able to formulate strategies based on market trends and performance data.
· Results-driven with a strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
· Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, able to work in a multicultural environment.
