Provide business-as-usual (BAU) technical support for infrastructure systems, including Microsoft Active Directory, firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus, backup solutions, SAN storage, and system logs.
Participate in new infrastructure system projects, including implementation and documentation tasks.
Perform cybersecurity tasks, such as:
Identifying vulnerabilities using sources like threat intelligence and Security Operations Center (SOC) reports, and evaluating associated risks.
Applying security patches to systems to mitigate threats.
Managing security scanning systems.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with at least three of the following products:
VMware vSAN
Dell PowerScale
Veeam Backup
SentinelOne
CyberArk
Fortinet Firewall and VPN
Splunk SIEM system
Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of high-performance computing infrastructure, such as NVIDIA solutions.
A Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a support role within Information Technology infrastructure.
Experience communicating with vendors, such as SOC teams and product support.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
