Core Responsibilities
Platform Ecosystem Development
Establish strategic partnerships with platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Meta to gain vertical traffic privileges, including:
Early access to platform algorithm testing
Exclusive traffic subsidies for customized campaigns
Build a centralized data monitoring hub to track key metrics such as lead conversion rates and dealer-driven traffic
Influencer Network Development
Build a resource pool of 1,000+ influencers (MCN), and co-develop an AI-based influencer value assessment model (analyzing fan quality and vertical alignment)
Incubate 10+ local automotive influencers within 6 months, each with 500K+ followers
Design a virtual influencer operation system to reduce reliance on real influencers by 40%
Dealer Enablement Solutions
Deliver standardized content toolkits (e.g., multilingual script generation, local influencer matching, compliance checks)
Reduce per-content production costs to 30% of the industry average
Proven success in managing influencer networks with 500K+ followers; automotive industry experience preferred (familiarity with full-funnel conversion from brand exposure to lead generation)
In-depth knowledge of the latest overseas media platform algorithms (e.g., TikTok Search Ads Toggle optimization, YouTube Shorts distribution logic); strong connections with senior contacts at TikTok/YouTube preferred
Proficient in Python/SQL, capable of independently conducting content attribution analysis
Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent) and at least one Southeast Asian language
